Bridging Interests, LLC has been acquiring, renovating, and managing single-family homes in south-metro Atlanta since 2004. Privately held by its partners. No outside fund. This page is the one-stop kit for journalists, podcasters, and local partners.
Bridging Interests, LLC buys single-family homes in south-metro Atlanta that are worth less than they should be — usually because of condition, a tired landlord, or a situation the seller wants out from under. We renovate them, and then we keep most of them.
Alongside the rental portfolio we renovate for resale, sell on terms where that suits a buyer better, and lend short-term capital to other investors working the same market. Different instruments, one set of judgments about what a house in this corridor is really worth.
Founded in 2004. 22 years in the same corridor. Privately held by its partners. No outside fund.
