For renters

A house with a yard, kept up by the people who own it.

Every home we rent is one we bought to keep. That changes what gets fixed, and how fast.

The process

Four steps, all of them online.

  1. 01

    Find a home

Current availability lives on our resident portal. It is the same system we run the properties on, so what you see there is live, not a stale listing page.

  2. 02

    Apply online

One application per adult occupant. Credit, income and rental history are reviewed the same way for everyone, every time.

  3. 03

    Move in

Sign, pay the deposit and first month online, and get your keys. No paper, no office visit.

  4. 04

    Stay

Rent and maintenance both run through the portal, so a request lands with the person who actually schedules the work.

Interior of one of our renovated homes

What you can expect

The difference an owner-operator makes.

Houses, not apartments

Detached single-family homes with private yards and driveways. Nobody above you.

Renovations that are real

Systems get replaced, not painted over, because we are the ones who own the house afterward.

Maintenance that gets scheduled

Requests route to a named person and a contractor we already work with.

Renewals over turnover

We would rather keep a good resident than turn a unit. Several have been with us for years.

Already a resident?

Pay rent, submit a maintenance request, or pull up your lease from the resident portal.

Something urgent?

Active leak, no heat, no power, or anything unsafe: call the emergency line in your lease first. Then file a portal request so the work is on the record and gets scheduled.
