We bought the land three weeks after the company was formed and built the house on it ourselves -- our first ground-up project. It was a managed vacation rental in the Smoky Mountains for twenty-one years before we sold it. The longest we have ever held anything, by a wide margin.

The house lost money -- a year in, it sold for less than we had put into it. It did not come on its own, though: the purchase was a package, and the two lots on Oak Drive and two on Jackson Street that came with it are what carried the deal. It stays on the list because a page showing nothing but wins is not proof of anything.

Land, not a house. We bought the acreage, built it out, and sold it fourteen months later. Not everything we buy already has a roof on it, and a lot we cannot use is still worth a call.
We have not published what we paid or what we sold for. Those numbers are in the public record too if you want them, but they say very little about what your house is worth — every one of these had a different condition, a different seller and a different amount of work in it.
