What we collect

Almost nothing, and only when you hand it to us. The “Get an offer” form — on the home page, the Sell Your House page and each town page — asks for a property address, your name and a phone number. An email address and a description of the house (bedrooms, bathrooms, occupancy, condition, timeline and free-text notes) are optional. What you leave blank is never sent to us. The lending form on the Lending page asks the same contact questions plus the numbers on the deal you are asking us to fund.

Our server also records the ordinary technical detail that comes with any web request when you submit that form: the date and time, your IP address, and the page you submitted from. We keep it alongside the form itself as a record of when and how the request was made.

We count page views. The site uses Vercel Web Analytics, which is served from this domain rather than a third party and records the page, the referring site and coarse details like country and device type. It sets no cookie, builds no profile, and cannot follow you to any other website. We use it to see which pages people actually read — nothing in it identifies you.

Beyond that: no advertising pixels, no third-party cookies, no session recording, no cross-site tracking, and no account or login to create. If that changes, this page will say so before it does.

Why we collect it

To evaluate the property you told us about and to get back to you about it. That is the whole purpose. We are the buyer — we are not collecting leads to sell on to somebody else.

Calls, texts and email

When you submit either form you are asking us to contact you, and the disclosure shown above the Send button says so in these words — the first on the seller form, the second on the lending form:

Who we share it with

We do not sell your information, and we do not rent, trade or otherwise hand it to anyone for their own marketing.

We share it only with the people needed to actually do the thing you contacted us about, and only what they need: a closing attorney or title company if we move toward a purchase, a contractor or inspector who needs to see the property, a lender if financing is involved, and the vendors that run our own systems — our email provider, and our website host. We also share it where the law requires, such as a subpoena or a court order.

If you are already a resident, your lease, rent and maintenance records live in our property-management system rather than on this website, and are governed by that system’s own terms and by your lease.

How long we keep it

For as long as we are working with you, and afterward for as long as we need it for our records, for tax and accounting obligations, and for any legal claim or defense. If you ask us to delete it and nothing requires us to keep it, we will.

Your choices

Write to bridginginterestsllc@gmail.com and you can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, or tell us to stop contacting you. Say which property or phone number you are writing about so we can find the right record. We do not charge for this and we do not treat you any differently for asking.

Georgia does not currently give residents a general consumer-privacy statute of the kind California and several other states have. If you live somewhere that does, write to us anyway — we will handle the request the same way.

Security

Form submissions travel over an encrypted connection and go to a company mailbox. We take reasonable care with what you send us. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, and we cannot promise otherwise — so please do not send us a Social Security number, a bank account number or a photograph of your ID through this form. If we need something like that for a closing, we will tell you a safer way to get it to us.

Children

This site is meant for adults doing business with us. It is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their information.

Changes

If we change this policy we will change the date at the top. Material changes will be described here rather than made quietly.
