Jackson is the Butts County seat, south of our Henry County core and noticeably more rural, with Jackson Lake and High Falls pulling their own kind of demand. It is a smaller market with fewer comparable sales, which means an automated valuation is close to useless here and someone actually has to drive the street. We do. We own homes in Jackson and we have rehabbed here, including all the way down to the studs.
